In ancient times, time was indicated by engravings on walls, in caves. Today, we have the calendar giving us an elaborated sense of time.

On my calendar, I often indicate friends' birthdays. Most of which, I can remember by heart. I indicate them just in case I lose track of time. It has been seemingly important ever since I juggle between school and work, family and relationships.

While I may stop indicating the birthdays on the calendar, it is not easy to forget the birthdays of these special group of people. Today, I attempt to dump these memories to the realisation that, they don't need or want to be in my calendar just as I may not be in theirs.

As I bid my farewell, where I end here, I will begin somewhere else.
